| Overview : INVITATION TO BID (ITB) UNITED NATIONS AIR CONDITIONING REPLACEMENT AND MAINTENANCE The United Nations Agencies in Lesotho accommodated in UN House are in the process of replacing the current rooftop air conditioning system with an energy efficient and environmentally friendly air conditioning system. Therefore, interested companies with experience in the design, purchase, delivery, and installation of new rooftop air conditioning system and removal and disposal of the old systems are invited to submit bids. The system to be provided should be able to provide cooling and heating to four floors of the building of approximately 5000 square meters with a capacity to house about 200 people and provide individual temperature control in different offices and meeting rooms.
