Overview : The following are the main objectives of this consultancy: Replicate across the 10 PHOs country wide the NFM version of Navision that has been endorsed by the Global Fund and has been installed at the MOH-PMU. Training of trainers (finance staff) from MOH and UNDP. Training users of Navision at PHOs. Train IT focal persons and super users that will provide ongoing support and maintenance once full deployment of Navision is completed. Provide on-going support and maintenance for a specific period of time after the deployment. The selected IT Company will work closely with the Programme Management Unit of MOH and ensure smooth implementation of the proposed task as per agreed deployment plan. The IT company will also give regular updates on the progress of the project to the Navision Working Group
