| Overview : UNDP Vietnam seeks 01 qualified National (local) Consultant to conduct a review of legal framework serving the development of effective response mechanisms to human-caused environmental disasters (1-160908). The primary objective of this study is to review Viet Nam’s current legal framework for national disaster risk reduction and management and how it may be strengthened to enable a timely and effective response to human-caused environmental disasters. The selection will be based on a competitive basis and will comply with UNDP procurement regulations.
