| Overview : UNDP Vietnam seeks 02 National (local) Consultants on Environmental Standards, Environmental Technology, EIA and SEA, under Mitigation of Future Environmental Crisis: Policy Reforms informed by Mass Fish Deaths Disaster. The objective of this assignment is to support the improvement of Viet Nam’s disaster management policy and legal framework for better prevention of man-made disasters by reviewing and recommending appropriate changes to current environmental standards, particularly for hazardous industries; use of best practice environmental technology; and EIA and SEA practice. The selection will be based on a competitive basis and will comply with UNDP procurement regulations.
