| Overview : The United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) hereby invites you to submit a Proposal to this Request for Proposal (RFP) for the above-referenced subject. Your offer, comprising of a Technical and Financial Proposal, in separate sealed envelopes, should be submitted in accordance with Section 2. Offers shall be clearly marked with RfP16/01350 "Development of the methodology and support in carrying out a Randomized Controlled Trial on employment policies in Moldova”. Offers can be submitted either in hard copy, or electronically. Offers received by fax will be rejected.
