| Overview : The United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) seeks an experienced company or, ideally, a consortium of foreign and national companies to train and provide internationally-recognized certification to at least 16 business consultants within Business Service Providers and companies on both banks, providing them with needed tools and skills to consolidate the regional consultancy market. UNDP hereby invites qualified offerors to submit a Proposal to this Request for Proposals (RFP) for the above-referenced subject. When submitting your proposals, please, be guided by the Request for Proposal document attached under the Supporting Documents section (below). On 05 October 2016 at 15:00 UNDP Moldova will organise a pre-bidding conference on its premises located at “Le Roi” Business Centre, 29, Sfatul Tarii Street, 3rd floor, room 305, MD-2012 Chisinau, Moldova. Offers can be submitted either in hard copy, or electronically. Offers received by fax will be rejected.
