Overview : WFP Ukraine wishes to establish an updated shortlist of selected agents/companies capable of providing logistics services in Ukraine, i.e. warehousing and transport of humanitarian commodities, mainly to Donetsk and Luhansk. Interested agents/companies should contact the WFP Country Office in Ukraine (contact details provided below) in order to obtain a WFP Transport Questionnaire. Interested agent/company must submit all of the below listed required documents to the WFP office. Required documents to be submitted: - A Letter of Interest;
- An original letter of support from the interested agent/company’s principal financial banker outlining the interested agent/company’s financial status and credibility. If such a letter is issued in the name of an individual (guarantor) related to the interested agent/company, the interested agent/company should clearly state on the letter of interest the guarantor’s exact position in the company and/or other links with the company.
- Completed WFP Transport Questionnaire;
- Company’s Audited Financial Statements for the past 2 years (year 2014 & 2015);
- Company’s Certificate of Incorporation.
The required documents listed above must be submitted to the WFP office no later than by the end of business day (14:00 hrs) on 31 October 2016.
