Overview

UNDP Moldova invites interested companies which have demonstrated experience in undertaking civil works in Moldova to submit their bids for undertaking civil works of 1 or 2 project sites located on Both Banks of Nistru River. 

The Works are split into two (2) LOTs, such as follows:

Lot 1: Reconstruction of the Sports Center building, Serpeni village, Anenii Noi rayon

Lot 2: Renovation of the Sports Hall of the School from Protigailovca village, Bender municipality

On 25 October 2016 at 12:00 UNDP Moldova will organize a pre-bidding conference on its premises located at Le Roi Business Centre, 29, Sfatul Tarii Street,3rd floor Conference Room, MD-2012 Chisinau, Moldova. To confirm participation, please, send a message to liliana.samburschii@undp.org by COB on Monday, 24 October, 2016.

Bids must be submitted on or before 12:00 (Moldova local time) on 07 November 2016. Late bids shall be rejected.

An open Bid-opening will take place on 07 November 2016, 16:00 (Moldova local time) at UN House Conference Room, 131, 31 August 1989 Street, MD-2012 Chisinau, Moldova.

Offers can be submitted either in hard copy, or electronically. Offers received by fax will be rejected. Incomplete offers shall not be examined.
