| Overview : Description of the assignment: The International Consultant is to orient/train the senior government officials and other stakeholders on various aspects of decentralization/federalization and management of transition and prepare policy brief based on the studies carried by PREPARE Project in the past. The International Team Member will be responsible to deliver the training/orientation programs under the leadership of the Team Leader. S/he will assist the team leader to draft and consolidate the report at the end of the assignment.
