| Overview : The GEF (Global Environmental Facility) approved project on Accelerating the Development and Commercialization of Fuel Cell Vehicles in China (hereafter "the FCV Project") is a climate change mitigation project that will be implemented by the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) in collaboration with the China Ministry of Science and Technology (MOST) as executing entity. In order to ensure the timely and effective delivery of this project during implementation period, MOST is seeking a Sub-contract Service Institution to develop China FCV Operation, Technology and MarketMonitoring System.The total budget for the project is $61,733,560 with a time span of four years. The executing entity is Ministry of Science & Technology. The bidding involves one subcontract. The China Automotive Technology & Research Center (CATARC), which is the implementing agency of the project, is in charge of the bidding event.Attached please find the detailed Request for Proposal.
