LOT 13B:  Rehabilitation Works for UCAS-University College of Applied Science-Phase B.

LOT 14B: Rehabilitation Works of Islamic University of Gaza

The United Nations Development Programme/ Programme of Assistance to the Palestinian People (UNDP/PAPP) hereby invites you to submit a Bid to this Invitation to Bid (ITB) for one or two of the above-referenced lots. 

This ITB includes the following documents:

  1. This Letter of Invitation

  2. Instructions to Bidders (including Data Sheet)

  3. Statement of Works and Technical Specifications

  4. Bid Submission Form

  5. Documents Establishing the Eligibility and Qualifications of the Bidder

  6. Technical Bid Form

  7. Price Schedule Form (Bill of Quantities) (Lot 13B and Lot 14B)

  8. Form for Bid Security

  9. Form for Performance Security

  10. Form for Advanced Payment Guarantee

  11. Contract to be Signed, including General Terms and Conditions for Civil Works

  12. Safety and Health in Construction: An ILO code of practice, and Safety, Health and Welfare on Construction Sites: A training manual

  13. Drawings (Lot 13B and Lot 14B)

  14. Form of Socio-Environment Compliance

  16. Acknowledgement Letter

    Your offer, comprising of a Technical Bid and Price Schedule, in separate sealed envelopes, should be submitted in accordance with Section 2.

    A pre-bid meeting will take place as per the following schedule:

6 November 2016 at 10 a.m. at UNDP/PAPP Gaza Office

 

Site visit shall be conducted after the pre-bid meeting

Bidders are advised to attend the pre-bid meeting and site visit (on their own cost and responsibility). Arrangements have been made for site visit to be held as per above schedule containing date, time and location. Bidders will be required to sign an attendance form. Any clarifications or changes to the bid solicitation resulting from the site visit will be included as an amendment to the bid solicitation.

The pre-bid meeting minutes, and any further enquiries received on or before 8November 2016, will be documented and posted on the designated UNDP website on 8 November 2016. No inquiries will be accepted after 9 November 2016.

You are kindly requested to submit an acknowledgment letter to UNDP to the following address:

The letter should be received by UNDP no later than 10 November 2016.   The same letter should advise whether your company intends to submit a Bid. If that is not the case, UNDP would appreciate your indicating the reason, for our records.
