Overview

Dear Sir/Madam,

 

The United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) hereby invites you to submit a Bid to this Invitation to Bid (ITB) for the above-referenced subject. 

 

This ITB includes the following documents:

Section 2 – Instructions to Bidders (including Data Sheet)

Section 3a – Schedule of Requirements and Technical Specifications

Section 3b – Related Services

Section 4 – Bid Submission Form

Section 5 – Documents Establishing the Eligibility and Qualifications of the Bidder and Joint Venture;

Section 6 – Technical Bid Form

Section 7 – Drawing

Section 8 – Technical Compliance Sheet

Section 9 – Technical Specification for required equipment (attached separately)

Section 10 – Price Schedule Form including the Bill of Quantities (BOQs) in 6 lots;

Section 11– Form for Performance Security

Your offer, comprising of a Technical Bid and Price Schedule, must be submitted in accordance with Section-2 latest by 7th November 2016 by 1400 hours.

 

The bidders are required to conduct the physical site visit for complete understanding of Scope of Work prior sending the formal bid to UNDP. The site visit will be conducted on 30 October between 11:00 till 13:00
