The United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) hereby invites you to submit a Bid to this Invitation to Bid (ITB) for the above-referenced subject.

Your offer, comprising of a Technical Bid and Price Schedule, should be submitted via electronic submission (email) to: bids.iraq@undp.org , latest by 15 November 2016 by 14:00 hours.

Scope of Work:-

A). Supply, installation and commissioning of 25 MVA - 33/11.5 kV mobile substations with all accessories.

B) Manufacturers certifications, ISO Certificates of manufacturers, Detail drawings, Catalogues & Broachers and Test Certificate or type test reports need to be provided with the offer for the following equipment. Single line diagrams shall also be provided for equipment as stated in the Compliance Sheet.

1.         Metal clad switchgear – 33 kV and 11 kV

2.         Current transformers 33 KV and 11 kV

3.         Voltage transformers 33 KV and 11 kV

4.         Circuit breakers 33 KV and 11 kV

5.         Disconnecting/Earthing switches - 33 KV and 11 kV

6.         Power transformer – 25 MVA 33/11.5 KV

7.         Auxiliary / Earthing transformer 33 kV/ 0.416 kV

8.         Main transformer Neutral Earthing Resistor

9.         Surge arrestors – 30 kV and 7.2 kV

10.       Battery 110 V DC

11.       Battery charger 110 V DC

12.       Meters for 33 and 11 KV measurements

13.       Relays (Differential, Overcurrent & Earth fault, main transformer neutral earth fault protection, Earth fault over voltage relay)

14.       Power cables (for 33 kV and 11 kV – 150 mm2 and 400 mm2),

15.       Low voltage cables,

16.       Plug in type connectors

17.       Trailer

C)  Performance certificates should also be provided. 1.      Metal clad switchgear – 33 kV or 11 kV

2.         Power transformers – 25 MVA 33/11.5 kV or similar
