The United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) hereby invites you to submit a Bid to this Invitation to Bid (ITB) for the above-referenced subject. 

This ITB includes the following documents:

Section 3 – Scope of Works

Section 4 – Bid Submission Form

Section 5 – Documents Establishing the Eligibility and Qualifications of the Bidder and Joint Venture;

Section 6 – Technical Bid Form

Section 7 – Price Schedule Form - Bill of Quantities (BOQs);

Section 8 – Form for Performance Security

Section 9 – Form for Bid Security

Section 10 – Technical Specifications sheet

          Section 11 – General Terms and Conditions for Civil Work

Your offer, comprising of a Technical Bid and Price Schedule, together in a sealed envelope, should be submitted in accordance with Section-2 latest by: 30 November 2016 by 1400 hours.

The bidders are required to conduct the physical site visit for complete understanding of Scope of Work prior sending the formal bid to UNDP. The site visit will be conducted on 21 November between 11:00 till 13:00

((Scope of Work))

Rehabilitation Works of Qayara Water Project

The purpose of the project is to rehabilitate Al-Qayara water treatment plant by contributing in increasing its water production, improved water quality and project performance. The works must be accomplished within 60 days of contract award according to the BoQ’s contract.

The work includes the following implementation activities and tasks:

1. Implementation of mechanical works that includes supplying & installing of water pumps, Chlorine and Alum dosing pumps.

2. Supply Pipes and fittings for maintenance works. Annex C – Water Pipe Specifications

3. Implementation of Electrical works. Supply of 1000 kVATransformer. Annex D – Technical Specifications for Transformer

TERMS OF DELIVERY

The renovation works to be executed is to be completed within 60 Days from the date of site handover for each lot.
