The United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) hereby invites you to submit a Bid to this Invitation to Bid (ITB) for the above-referenced subject.

Your offer, comprising of a Technical Bid and Price Schedule, should be submitted via electronic submission (email) to bids.iraq@undp.org  latest by Thursday, 30 November, 2016 by 1400 hours.

The bidders are required to conduct the physical site visit for complete understanding of Scope of Work, prior sending the formal bid to UNDP. The site visit will be conducted on 20 November 2016 between 10:00 till 12:00

                                                                                        ((Scope of Work))

The work includes cleaning the site and removing all the debris and the damaged parts of the station; building bricks to close openings on the station boundary wall; installation of new shaded glass 4mm thick; installation of new metal steel door 2.5*3m and 2mm thick steel plate; provision and installation of air-conditioning split unit of 4 ton capacity; repairing and testing two distribution Transformers of 1000kVA capacity (UTEC Model); provision and installation of fluorescent lights and air exhausters; provision and installation of aerial breaker (H.T) (Link Fuse) of 11kV capacity; provision and installation of electrical board for the low voltage; provision and installation of electrical board for the high pressure voltage; provision and installation of circuit breaker 3PH of 800, 630 and 200 amp capacities; provision and installation of main circuit breaker 3PH of 2500 Amp capacity with automatic and manual charging; in addition to the provision and installation of diesel Generator of 1000 kVA capacity with soundproof canopy including supply and installation of 5,000 liters fuel tank and automatic changeover (ATS).
