| Overview : UNDP Viet Nam seeks 01 firm/organization to carry out the End of Project Evaluation for the Women’s Leadership Project. The objective of the Evaluation is: - to assess the implementation of the project since its start in June 2013 (results, achievements, constraints) against expected results defined in the project document and annual work plans
- to assess operational aspects such as project management in achieving the project results.
- to make recommendations on future strategy and partnerships
- to synthesize lessons to help improve the design and implementation of activities within future programme/projects in related thematic area
