| Overview : The purpose of this procurement exercise is to contract two individual consultants who will conduct Post Disaster Needs Assessment (PDNA) review under the guidance of the European Union, the World Bank’s Global Facility for Disaster Risk Reduction and Recovery and the UNDG partners. At the end of the procurement process, one of the consultants will sign contract with UNDP while the other will sign with the World Bank.
