| Overview : Technical Requirements/Specifications Rangamati: - Internet Bandwidth: Dedicated 10 MBPS Broadband internet connectivity from any reliable mobile operator to Rangamati CHTDF Offices for the period of January-June 2017.
- 01 Back-up line of dedicated 05 MBPS broadband internet connectivity from a different source other than the primary one to ensure all time connectivity.
- Backbone: E1 connectivity through Telecom operator (GP/Citycell/Banglalink). Need to submit the agreement between telecom operator and ISP. Connectivity from POP (ISP) not acceptable.
- Last Mile connection: Through Radio
- Client List: At least two customer name with contact details @ each location
- Latency: Between ISP to client maximum 40ms.
- Load balance with failover: Configure load balancing between existing ISP with new ISP using Load Balancer. Load Balancer must be provided (Technical Specification Attached, Annex-II (1).
- Infrastructure Backup: Last mile backup must be provide
- Licence required: ISP and IIG
- Failover plan : Detail description
- Technical support : Detail description
- Power management : Detail description of power management
- Connectivity diagram: Details diagram
- Server and Network device: a brief description of using network device brands for the ISP
- Setup/Configuration Process: All setup and configurations must be done on presence and understanding of authorize person of UNDP CHTDF.
