| Overview : Dear Bidder, The Procurement Services Unit (PSU) of the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP invites you to submit a bid for the Procurement printing of ID smart cards (with chip) for the civil registration process in Malawi. The purpose of this tender is to contract a printer for printing 9 million ID cards with chip, including personalization of printing and chip and PKI middleware. To qualify, prospective bidders must have several years of experience in printing personalized ID smart cards including personalization. Detailed qualification and other evaluation criteria are specified in the ITB document. Please note that this procurement process is being conducted through online tendering system of UNDP and solicitation documents can be downloaded from there. Deadline for submission of bids is as indicated and updated in the e-tendering system. Please note the system shows EST/EDT (New York) time zone. Bids must be submitted before deadline. Should the bidder have problems in finding the event, please consult the attached manual for bidders for other details.
