| Overview : UNDP Vietnam seeks 01 qualified national firm/organization to provide downscaling of Flashflood Risk Mapping in the context of Climate Change for 13 project provinces. The objectives of National Firm/organization on downscaling of Flashflood Risk Mapping for 13 project provinces are: - Develop / collect map of maximum daily rainfall of each province in the period of 1986-2005 and in a future following RCP 4.5 and RCP 8.5 scenarios
- Provide a detailed assessment of the current and future flashflood risk posed to rural infrastructure by trends in rainfall, flashflood (both current and future including the climate change scenarios in 13 northern mountain provinces. This will include providing a GIS compatible database of all data, maps and analyses.
