Dear Bidders.

 

The United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) hereby invites you to submit sealed Technical and Financial Proposals in separate envelops to this Request for Proposal (RFP) for the above-referenced subject. 

 

This RFP includes the following documents:

Section 1              – This Letter of Invitation

Section 2              – Instructions to Proposers (including Data Sheet)

Section 3              – Terms of Reference

Section 4              – Proposal Submission Form

Section 5              – Documents Establishing the Eligibility and Qualifications of the Proposer

Section 6              – Technical Proposal Form

Section 7              – Financial ProposalForm

Section 8              – Form for Performance Security

Section 9              – Contract for Professional Services, including General Terms and Conditions

 

Your offer, comprising of a Technical and Financial Proposal, should be submitted separately.

 

Please note that the financial proposal should be password protected. The Companies/Firm considered technically qualified will be asked to provide the password for the financial proposals. Both Techncial and Financial proposals should be submitted to secured email bids.iraq@undp.orglatest by 7th February, 2017 at 1400 hours in accordance with Section 2.

 

Any requests for clarifications about the contents of RFPshall be sent via e-mail to nahreen.ahmed@undp.ord. Answers to questions/inquiries will be shared with all potential bidders.

 

While UNDP would endeavor to provide response/clarification expeditiously, any delay in providing such information will not be considered a reason for extending the submission date.

 

This letter is not to be construed in any way as an offer to contract with your firm.
