| Overview : UNDP-BPPS is pleased to invite you to submit a Request for Proposal (RFP) for simultaneous interpretation services to the High-level briefing on strengthening support to National Human Rights Institutions – A complementary approach to working across the UN Charter for Agenda 2030 that will be hosted by the Global Alliance of National Human Rights Institutions, the Office of the United Nations High Commissioner for Human Rights and the United Nations Development Programme and will take place on 27 February 2017 in Palais des Nations, Geneva from 13:00 to 15:00. As you will see in the attached Request for Proposal where all the requirements are spelled out, we would appreciate receiving your offer on or before Saturday, 11 February 2017.
Criteria for Selection of the Best Offer Offers will be evaluated using a combined scoring method with the technical proposal weighted at 70% and the financial proposal weighted at 30%. Only offers obtaining a minimum of 49% (out of 70%) points on the technical proposal part will be considered for the Financial Evaluation.
Criteria for financial evaluation (30 points maximum): The following formula will be used to evaluate financial proposal: p = y (µ/z) Where p=points for the financial proposal being evaluated; y=maximum number of points for the financial proposal; µ=price of the lowest priced proposal; z = price of the proposal being evaluated.
