| Overview : UNDP intends to obtain services of SCADA and Communications Expert to assist UNDP and (RMEK) Regional Ministry of Electricity in Kurdistan Region team in preparation of the technical part of the bid document to select a contractor for implementation of one its subprojects. RMEK has already prepared the draft technical document utilizing the available information from the full scale SCADA document.
