The UNDP Green Commodities Programme (GCP) was launched in 2009 by UNDP and has subsequently pioneered the concept of National Commodity Platforms to help governments facilitate shared visions and actions for sustainable commodity production among key stakeholders. The Learning & Accountability position is needed to ensure the effective creation and management of knowledge on how to reduce deforestation within commodity supply chains generated by the IAP and its partners. This position will contribute to maximizing the impact of the IAP and to sharing lessons learned globally with the ultimate goal of promoting replication and enhancing the sustainability of supply chains.
