| Overview : The purpose of this procurement exercise is to contract an individual consultant who to assist the joint SEPA-UNDP Global Programme on Environmental Governance for Sustainable Natural Resource Management in further developing the sub-group/community of practice on GOXI for Environmental Governance of the Mining Sector. The Consultant will primarily support the community as a facilitator and in the implementation of GOXI activities and tasks related to knowledge management with a particular emphasis on a rights based approach to environmental public administration of the mining sector. The consultant will work closely with the project team and other relevant GOXI facilitators and will be supervised by the UNDP/SEPA Project Manager (s) for) for the Environmental Governance of Sustainable Natural Resource Management in based in New York and coordinate as necessary with the programme`s learning-and knowledge management expert from Lund University as well as other GOXI faciliators and managers.
