| Overview : Under the overall supervision of UNDP Sustainable Development Advisor and direct supervision of the Disaster Management Authority (DMA) Chief Executive and guidance from the UN Disaster Management Team and Humanitarian Country Team, the incumbent will support implementation of the UNDP supported project, “Support to the Government of Lesotho`s Emergency Response to Drought Emergency” that will include development of NRF document. Consultant will support Government of Lesotho through DMA to finalize NFR document. Again, she/he will also support identification of Early Recovery needs and evidence-based decision making in the humanitarian response in Lesotho. Specific Tasks: - Carry out consultations for mapping of priorities and information needs for finalization of resilience framework
- Technical assistance for finalization of national resilience framework,
- Support Partnerships and Resource Mobilization
- Support any other activities related to NRF.
