| Overview : This RFP is being re-advertised. Companies who have already submitted their proposals are still under consideration and should not resend. The UNDP External Communications Plan 2016-2017 sets the direction for UNDP’s external communications efforts. The Plan follows the three strategic objectives for communications set by the Administrator: (1) Optimize opportunities for partner visibility and communications for resource mobilization; (2) Further Agenda 2030 and the vision of the UNDP Strategic Plan; and (3) Encourage and support engagement with strategically targeted media. Under the Request for Proposal (RFP) UNDP is inviting proposals from relevant companies or firms to provide strategic communications advice and services in relation to the following topics – the United Nations High-Level Panel on Access to Medicines; the Global Commission on HIV and the Law @ 5; Access and Delivery of Health Technologies for NTDs TB and Malaria; LGBTI Inclusion; tobacco governance; health & environment – focus on solar4health and air pollution, as specified in this RFP. Please indicate in the Subject: Request for Proposal (RFP) for Strategic communications support to the UNDP HIV, Health and Development team.
