| Overview : United Nations Volunteers, which is administered by United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) hereinafter referred to as "UNV", hereby invites qualified companies to submit a Proposal to this Request for Proposal for 0076412 -1308 Identity and Access Management Solutions License (Quest, Formerly Dell) & Maintenance Services. The purpose of the present bidding is to conclude a Long Term Agreement (LTA) for the services below: UNV has implemented Quest IM in 2016 as the core central Identity Management solution for Volunteer Management Corporate Applications. The solution integrates with Active Directory, Microsoft SQL, SharePoint, and Customized Integration Layer with Volunteer Management Corporate Application. The successful company will provide the following: 1) Maintenance contract renewal Contract 1 year Quest One Identity Manager maintenance (2) Professional services Contract Professional Services for Quest One Identity Manager. The LTA is initially for 12 months and can be extended up a maximum of 36 months.
