| Overview : Re-Advertisement Date of First Publication: 13 May 2017 Description of the assignment: The National consultant will be responsible for providing necessary technical support and assistance to the Team Leader (International) to evaluate the performance of the Strengthening the Rule of Law and Human Rights Protection System in Nepal (ROLHR) programme. The Gender and Social Inclusion Expert will be responsible for analyzing the degree to which the program design and interventions have effectively addressed the rights of women and traditionally excluded groups (based on caste, ethnicity, etc.) S/he will ensure that the gender and social inclusion dimensions are incorporated into all steps of the analysis and evaluation.
