| Overview : UNDP Uganda has nearly 90 Staff; additionally some other UN Agencies such as UNIDO and UNDSS are also supported by UNDP. As part of the common service provision, UNDP has established a cafeteria to provide lunch, breakfast and refreshment services to UNDP Staff on an individual basis and during Official Meetings / Events. UNDP Uganda therefore kindly requests Ugandan qualified camapanies to submit Quotations for RFQ "Catering Services" as per the detailed requirements of this RFQ (attached as PDF document). When preparing your proposal, please be guided by the form for submiting financial proposal and the questions and answers hereto attached as word documents for your convenience. Quotations may be submitted on or before 20th June 2017 at 11.00am by following the submission instructions detailed in the solicitation document. NOTE: Prospective biddres who woluld like to do a site visit should send a request not later than 14th June 2017.
