Overview :

Dear Mr./Ms.:

 

The United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) hereby invites you to submit a Proposal to this Request for Proposal (RFP) for the above-referenced subject. 

We kindly request you to submit your offer, comprising of a Technical and Financial Proposal for Consultancy Services for the Preparation of Detailed Design and Tender Documentation for Modernization of the Meghri Border Crossing Point in the Republic of Armenia, in the scope of “Modernization of Meghri Border Crossing Points Project”.

Please be guided by Section 2, in preparing your Proposal.

 

Proposals need to be submitted on or before 3 July 2017, 4:00 pm local Yerevan time (GMT +4) via e-mail, courier mail to the address below:

Or submit via e‐mail to the following e‐mail address: tenders‐armenia@undp.org

Please note that proposals received through any other e-mail address will not be considered.

Your Proposal must be submitted in English and be valid for a minimum period of 120 calendar days.

 

Also, you are kindly requested to submit an acknowledgment letter to UNDP to the following address:

The letter should be received by UNDP no later than COB, June 13, 2017.  The same letter should advise whether your company intends to submit a Proposal. If that is not the case, UNDP would appreciate your indicating the reason, for our records. 

If you have received this RFP through a direct invitation by UNDP, transferring this invitation to another firm requires your written notification to UNDP of such transfer and the name of the company to whom the invitation was forwarded.
