| Overview : Description of the assignment: The Department of Political Affairs (DPA) has accompanied Nepal’s peace process through an integrated Liaison Office that provides substantive support on strategic and operational issues. The service required is intended to deepen and refine UN system's analysis and understanding of peace consolidation issues related to constitution implementation, including decentralization and the roll-out of Nepal’s federal structure. The Consultant will also support engagement with regional track II institutions and provide substantive backstopping for high level visits.
