Overview

Dear Bidders,

 

The purpose of this addendum is to amend following Clauses of ITB for subject mentioned project as following:

 

  • Section 2 – Data Sheet – Deadline of Bid Submission (C.21.1): 26 July 2017, 14:00
  • Section 2 – Data Sheet – Date, time and venue for opening of Bid (D.23.1 c)): 26 July 2017, 15:00

 

Price adjustment formula is applicable to only the following items:

  1. Aluminum conductors
  2.  ACSR conductors
  3. 33 kV & 24 kV Underground cables.
  4. PVC insulated cables
  5. Bare copper conductors
  6. Twisted cables

 

Following formula shall be used for calculating the cost/price adjustment of the above items:

                        Cost of cables/conductor per km= [(A * B * C) + F]

 

A: Adjustment rate

B: Requirement of Cu/Al (MT) for manufacturing of one km length

C: Cost per MT of Cu/Al

F: Fixed cost per 1 km length

 

For the purpose of calculating A following formula shall be used:

 A= LME price per MT of Cu or Al on date of purchase order l LME price per MT of Cu/Al on July 05, 2017

 

All other clauses and conditions shall remain unchanged.
