| Overview : UNDP Vietnam seeks a firm to carry out a Thematic Policy Research “Environmental Conflicts, Social Changes and Distributive Justice in Viet Nam: Case Studies, Comparative Analysis and Policy Implications” The overall objective is to deliver a significant new body of evidence on environmental conflicts, social changes, distributive justice and its related policy implications.
The specific objectives are two-fold: (i) to produce an original high-quality policy research paper, analyzing environmental conflicts and legal mechanisms and remedies, using the PAPI, Justice Index and other reliable data inputs as well as drawing on relevant case studies; and (ii) to offer evidence-based policy recommendations for continued efforts to ensure environment justice and safeguard the constitutionally recognized environmental rights in Viet Nam.
