To this effect, UNDP Ghana as a Lead Agency is facilitating the procurement of Printing, Graphic Design and Polo T-shirt from competent legally established companies for its Country Office and on behalf of other UN Agencies in Ghana. ... Objectives Printed supplies, T-shirts and UN Promotional items are among major expenditures in delivering programmatic and operational development agendas. UNDP Ghana Office, therefore, seeks to set up a Local Long Term Agreement (LTA) with qualified Printing, Graphic Design and Polo T-shirt supply companies operating in Ghana, Accra. The contract shall be valid for two (2) year with the possibility to renew for one (1) more additional year upon satisfactory performance. ... Scope of Work - Printing, Graphic Design and Polo T-shirt supply companies on Local Long Term Agreement (LTA) contract basis for its office and other UN Agencies operational and programmatic use. For successful administration of the contract, the requirements are broadly categorized under three Lots as follows:
- LOT I Paper-based Printing Requirements
- LOT II Fabric-based Printing Requirements
- LOT III Paraphernalia/Promotional Materials Requirements
