| Overview : UNDP Vietnam seeks for 01 International Consultant to undertake Proposal Development for Viet Nam’s Proposal to GCF. The main objective of the consultancy is to formulate the full proposal for the GCF funding for Viet Nam based on the concept note and technical inputs by the National Consultant. The international consultant is required to formulate the documents that fully meets GCF investment criteria with assistance from Concept Note Consultant, the Lead Feasibility Study Consultant, Value Chain Analyst, Gender Specialist and ADB WEIDAP preparatory documents as well as further consultations with CPO. S/he will work with UNDP Country Office, under an overall technical guidance of the UNDP’s regional technical advisor (RTA) for climate change adaptation at UNDP’s Bangkok Regional Hub. The selection will be based on a competitive basis and will comply with UNDP procurement regulations.
