| Overview : UNDP Vietnam seeks for 01 National Consultant to undertake Climate-smart Agriculture/ Value Chain Analysis for Viet Nam’s Proposal to GCF. The main objective of the consultancy is to examine the Theory of Change and proposed project activities through a gender lens. The consultant is expected to develop the detailed technical approach and methods in order to undertake an analysis of agriculture value chains. The selection will be based on a competitive basis and will comply with UNDP procurement regulations.
