United Nations Volunteers which is administered by United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) invites you to submit a proposal for the following consultancy: 0082727 Partnerships Consultant.

The objective of this assignment is to strengthen the Partnerships Unit outreach document, reporting templates and prepare for the next Partnerships Forum. The consultant will perform the following deliverables:

1.  Translation and coordination of several tools into French and Spanish  for outreach to partners as determined by the Partenrships Unit

2. Identify a minimum of 3 engagement opportunities for 2018 to support the Third phase of the Special Voluntary Fund (SVF) campaign.  Organize in-house webinars to outreach colleagues regarding the campaign, roles and responsibilities

3. Develop an action plan with clearly defined actions and timelines for the implementation of the UNV Partnerships Forum taking place in 2018. Define external and internal objectives

4. Develop a minimum of 15 Partnerships document/fact sheets such as four-pagers per partner for outreach

5. Design project report template and prepare a training modul on the reporting template

Expected start date: 08 August 2017

Expected Duration of the Assignment: 08 August 2017 – 31 December 2017

Duty station: Bonn

Languages required: Excellent command of oral and written English, French and Spanish

This procurement process is conducted through UNDP eTendering online system (interested applicants must register in the system in order to access the additional documents).Detailed instruction on how to register in the online system can be found in the attached link provided below:

Please note: 

  1. It is strongly recommended that you create your username with two parts, i.e. your first name and last name separated by ‘.’ (e.g. john.smith).

  2. The registration page enables you to create a user ID. The system will generate a temporary password that will be sent to the email address provided by you during registration process. Ensure that the email address you provide is correct as your login password will be sent there. If you do not receive an email within an hour, please check your junk mail.

  3. You will be prompted to create your own password. After this process, you will see and be able to bid on both public events and events to which you have been invited.

Deadline of submission is indicated in the online system. Any extensions or other amendments to the solicitation documents will be posted in the eTendering system. Bidders must click on “Accept invitation” button in order to receive automatic notifications if such amendments occur, and to be logged as having posted a bid.
