| Overview : The purpose of this procurement exercise is to contract an individual consultant who will be recruited to complete 1 to 4 DFAs over a 3 to 6 month timeframe. It is estimated that each DFA assignment will require approximately 30 working days, however, some countries may choose to undertake a DFA with a reduced scope, thereby reducing the number of working days required, in some cases significantly. Specific country assignments will be discussed after the interview process and before contract finalization.
