Amendment to ITB Meteorological Equipment to DPRK
Overview :

With reference to the INVITATION TO BID – Supply of Meteorological Equipment with Descriptions for SERCARB Project, Democratic people’s Republic of Korea issued on 28 July 2017, UNDP hereby informs you the following:

  1. The Deadline of Bid Submission has been extended to COB,  28 August 2017.
  2. The Bid Opening will be rescheduled at 3:30 pm, 29 August 2017 in the UNDP Small Meeting Room located at No. 2 Liangmahe Nanlu, Chaoyang District, Beijing.
  3. All other terms and conditions remain unchanged.

The United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) hereby invites you to submit a Bid to this Invitation to Bid (ITB) for the above-referenced subject. 

 

This ITB includes the following documents:

                Section 1 – This Letter of Invitation

Section 2 – Instructions to Bidders (including Data Sheet)

Section 3 – Schedule of Requirements and Technical Specifications

Section 4 – Bid Submission Form

Section 5 – Documents Establishing the Eligibility and Qualifications of the Bidder

Section 6 – Technical Bid Form

Section 7 – Price Schedule Form

Section 8 – Form for Performance Security

Section 9 – General Terms and Conditions

 

       Your offer, comprising of a Technical Bid and Price Schedule, should be submitted in accordance with Section 2. (Your offer may be submitted on or before COB August 18, 2017 and via e-mail, to bids.china@undp.org, attention: Procurement Unit. The email transmission must be limited to a maximum of 5 MB, virus-free and no more than 4 email transmissions, PDF files only, password protected, and Price Schedule should be separated from Technical bid.)

 

You are kindly requested to submit an acknowledgment letter to UNDP to the email address: bids.china@undp.org no later than 8 August 2017.   The same letter should advise whether your company intends to submit a Bid. If that is not the case, UNDP would appreciate your indicating the reason, for our records.   

 

If you have received this ITB through a direct invitation by UNDP, transferring this invitation to another firm requires notifying UNDP accordingly.
