| Overview : Country: Nepal Description of the assignment: The two National Consultants will provide technical support to the Lead Consultant in reviewing and analyzing strategic documents of various justice institutions, preparing the need assessment report, identifying justice pillars for formulating the strategic framework. They will be the focal person in developing strategies for at least one of the justice pillars, in consultation with the concerned justice stakeholders. She/he will provide necessary technical support and assistance to the Lead Consultant to ensure the overall quality and timely submission of the need assessment report, and the final consolidated strategic framework on justice reform.
