Please be guided by the Annex 2 in the attached RFP in preparing your Proposal. Proposals must be submitted on or before Sunday, August 06, 2017 and via email, to bids.china@undp.org, attention: Procurement Unit. Proposals submitted by email must be limited to a maximum of 5 MB, virus-free and no more than 3 email transmissions. They must be free from any form of virus or corrupted contents, or the proposals shall be rejected. Your Proposal must be expressed in the English, and valid for a minimum period of 120 days.
