| Overview : UNDP Vietnam seeks 01 qualified International Expert in building SEC profile, EE benchmarking, M&V and EE labeling system (Ref. 1-170804). The objective of the assignment is to support MOC and UNDP to define buildings’ SEC profiles, EE benchmarking, Monitoring and Verification, and EE labelling systems for Commercial and High-rise residential buildings in North, Central and South Viet Nam. The selection will be based on a competitive basis and will comply with UNDP procurement regulations.
