Overview : Guyana’s Low Carbon Development Strategy (LCDS) emphasizes the importance of protecting indigenous land rights and opening windows of opportunities for Amerindians, especially those who depend on forest resources as a means of livelihood. The United nations Development Programme (UNDP) is implementing the Amerindian Land Titling (ALT) project with the objective of accelerating the titling and demarcation of Amerindian lands. Therefore, UNDP is working to ensure that all relevant stakeholders are better informed about the Amerindian Land Titling (ALT) Project. To this end, a communications strategy has been developed and this consultancy is expected to fulfill one of the aims of this strategy. The selected firm will be provided with artwork for the banners. The firm is expected to produce 300 copies of the artwork based on the specified dimension and identified material. |
