Dear Bidders,

We kindly request you to submit your bid regarding the above requirements as detailed in Annex 1 of this ITB. 

Documents uploaded in the system as part of your bid must be free from any form of virus or corrupted contents, or the bids shall be rejected. 

It shall remain your responsibility to ensure that your bid is submitted on or before the deadline indicated by UNDP in the eTendering system.

Bids must be submitted in the online eTendering system in the following link:

and follow the registration steps as specified in the system user guide.

The bidder/s is requested to confirm in their bids that they have visited and examined the above sites and its surroundings, and obtained for themselves, on their own responsibility, all information which may be necessary for preparing the tender/bid and entering into a contract.

Your offer, comprised of a Technical Bid and Price Schedule, should be submitted in accordance with Section 2, through E-Tendering online system and by the deadline indicated in https://etendering.partneragencies.org
