| Overview : UNDP Vietnam seeks proposals from local experts to bid for the review and gap analysis of Laws/regulations on Chemicals management (Law on Chemical and its under law documents). - The overall objective of the research is to review and gaps analysis of inadequacies and overlaps in regulations related to environment and POP, PTS and mercury chemicals in the Chemical Law and its under law documents. - Report of amendments and supplements to inadequate, overlapping and missing regulations in Law on Chemical and Law on Environmental Protection; - Complete the provisions of the Law on Chemicals and its under law documents; Price quotation will be evaluated on a competitive basis, in accordance with UNDP procurement regulations.
