| Overview : The project “Vietnam POPs and Sound Harmful Chemicals Management” requests for the services “Support to Draft the technical guideline on planning for environmental protection”. The objective of the contract is to support to Draft the technical guideline on planning for environmental protection (according to the Circular No. 31/2016/TT-BTNMT of the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment on 14th October 2016) for two industries (plating and thermal power). This includes the prevention and response of environmental incidents, so that the enterprises relating two industries can consult and develop their own environmental protection plans in a convenient way.
