| Overview : Tender Package: “Detailed environment investigation, assessment and develop management plan of POP-Pesticides contaminated site at Lam Hoa commune, Tuyen Hoa district, Quang Binh province” PMU: Viet Nam POPs and Sound Harmful chemicals management (PHCM) UNDP Viet Nam currently seeks for qualified firm/organization conduct the Detailed environment investigation and develop management plan of POP-Pesticides contaminated site. The objective of tender to identify all and assess the volume of POP-pesticides stockpiles and highly POP-pesticides contaminated soil in Hung Nhan cave and Hung Cha Nan garden. The inventory provides sufficient information to safely collect / excavate, pack, off-site transport, temporary store, transport to a disposal facility and final dispose the POP-pesticides and the highly POP-pesticides soil. - Inventory of pure pesticide and heavy contaminated soil (concentrations >50ppm). This inventory is intended to provide sufficient information for the excavation, packaging, transport and disposal of chemicals and contaminated soils. - Investigating, surveying contaminated areas, determining the scope of contaminated areas, mapping, risk assessment and modeling hypothesis; On that basis, develop soil treatment plan (concentrations < 50ppm) and long-term management for contaminated areas. The selection will be on a competitive basis and will comply with UNDP procurement regulations.
