Provision of Fund Management Services for the Social Impact Fund (SIF)

The United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) in the Philippines invites private entities to apply for eligibility and to submit a Proposal for the Provision of Fund Management Services for the Social Impact Fund (SIF), a project of UNDP in the Philippines.

The Fund Manager is expected to have an established network of potential impact investors that may seek to finance Social Enterprises (SEs) supported under the SIF. The Fund Manager will manage and administer the SIF and will assist UNDP in ensuring that SE awardees have structured, auditable systems and procedures of accounting and activity management.

For parties interested to submit a Proposal, the complete Bidding Documents (Eligibility Requirements, Instructions to Proposers and Terms of Reference) may be secured upon registration with UNDP Philippine Country Office and upon payment of a non-refundable amount of US Dollar One Hundred (USD$100.00) or Philippine Peso Five Thousand Ninety Nine (PhP 5,099.00) only, at the following address:

Payments may be made in the form of cash or cheque personal delivered to the above address, or bank transfer to a UNDP bank account. Instructions for bank transfer may be obtained by sending an email to procurement.ph@undp.org.

The abovementioned Bidding Documents shall be released to all interested participants starting 05 September to 22 September 2017 only.  The Bidding Documents shall contain all instructions on the rules, procedures, dates and other schedules for the pre-bid conference and opening of bid envelopes.

UNDP reserves the right to reject any or all the proposals, waive any defect or informality therein, accept the proposal  and award the contract to the most advantageous offer.  UNDP assumes no responsibility whatsoever to compensate or indemnify the proposer for any expense or loss that may be incurred for the preparation of proposals, nor does UNDP guarantee that an award will be made.
