| Overview : Country: Tunisia UNDP Libya is seeking to hire a qualified international consultant under “Transitional Justice” Project of UNDP Libya as “Transitional Justice/Judiciary Consultant”. The overall objective of the consultancy will be to support workshop that will assist the Misrata and Tawergha communities and relevant stakeholders to support UNSMIL/ UNDP in facilitating confidence building measures in line with international standards and the rule of law at the local level addressing the backlog of cases of detainees and missing persons through facilitating a peer-to-peer dialogue between prosecutors and judges.
